Validity
All prices are valid for travel as indicated on the applicable pricing schedule. Bora Bora Cruises reserves the right to change these prices without notice due to fluctuations in taxes, currency or other unforeseen circumstances.

Children Aboard

Bora Bora Cruises will accept a child sharing a cabin with his parents untill 12 years old, at the adult rate (1/2 double cabin rate); a second and complementary cabin will systematically be offered to the familly for their comfort. Children from 15 years old pay the Single supplement.

Arrivals & Departures |
The Luxury Yacht experience begins at the small island airport of Bora Bora, where we meet our guests. In order to ensure the comfort of all guests, we meet arrival flights in Bora Bora every Monday between 0800AM and noon. For Sunday disembarkations we transfer guests to the airport between 0300PM & 0400PM. Please note that any embarkations or disembarkations outside of these times are by request only and will incur taxi-boat costs – by request to Bora Bora Cruises booking dpt. Or to your travel agent.

General Conditions
All cruises are subject to change due to technical, meteorological or other reasons. Further, Bora Bora Cruises reserves the right to cancel or change any cruise, and is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damage or expense due to delays or changes in cruise schedules due to sickness, weather, strikes, war or other unforeseen causes.
Payment Policy
To confirm reservations, Bora Bora Cruises requires a deposit of not less than 10% of the total cruise value.
For Yacht Cruises standard price– full payment should be made to Bora Bora Cruises at least 30 days prior to departure in order to secure reservations.
For benefiting of Advance Purchase prices – full payment must be received by Bora Bora Cruises at least 120 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 90 days prior departure – 10% of total cruise price forfeited
- 90 – 60 days prior departure – 25% of total cruise price forfeited
- 60 – 30 days prior departure – 50% of total cruise price forfeited
- 30 – 0 days prior departure – 100% of total cruise price forfeited
Refund Policy
No refund will be made for whole or partial cruise components not utilized after departure.
Should cancellation is due to Bora Bora Cruises, guests will be accomodated by Bora Bora Cruises, free of charge, in the best properties available. (this should not exceed the total amount of the cruise paid by the guest).
Currency
Reference pricing for cruises is the EURO which is linked by a fixed exchange of to the French Pacific Franc (CFP) and either currency is valid.
Travel Insurance
Bora Bora Cruises strongly recommends that all travelers follow travel industry recommendations and purchase a travel insurance product, that is relevant to the journey undertaken, purchased from a reputable insurance company.
Taxes
Prices quoted include French Polynesia’s TVA (valued added tax) as well as the tourism taxes imposed by each island visited. These prices are subject to change and Bora Bora Cruisesreserves the right to amend pricing due to any increases in these levels. |
